Baked Lasagna
1 large jar pasta sauce(kimball


1 can cut tomatoes
500g minced beef
1 large white onion, chopped
1 can button mushroom, chopped (optional)
1 green/red/yellow pepper, chopped (optional)
2 tbs chilli paste
3 garlic, minced

saute garlic with little olive oil. add chilli paste, stir. add mince beef and cook for 5 minutes, stir. add pasta sauce, can tomatoes with juice and continue to stir till water absorb and sauce thick. add onion, mushroom and pepper and stir until cook and sauce very thick. season to taste. remove from heat.

In 9" X 13" baking tray, spoon lasangna mince beef sauce into the baking tray. cover with cheese sauce. arrange one layer of instant lasagna sheets to cover cheese sauce. repeat the same arrangement twice. the mince beef sauce should be on the top layers. spread mozarella cheese (a lot) to cover mince beef and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and dry italian herbs.

bake 30 to 40 minutes or until cheese melted and slightly golden. Remove from heat and serve with salad.

Cheese sauce:
4 - 5 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon olive oil
4 - 5 tablespoon flour
2-3 cups milk
1/2 to 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

heat butter and oil in large and deep pan. add flour and stir till bubbly and slightly golden. add milk and stir until sauce thick. add cheese and stir till cheese melt. use according to the recipe.
